In The Vineyard
Grapes are sourced from Fairtrade certified vineyards predominantly in the Swartland region. These 18 to 25 year old vineyards are trellised and grow on sandy, loam soils. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and managed to yield below 8 tons per hectare.

A crisp and vibrant wine, perfect for a summer lunch or paired with fresh seafood and pasta dishes. An elegant balance of tropical fruit flavours and minerality.

Six Hats Chenin Blanc:


 

In The Vineyard
Grapes are sourced from Fairtrade certified vineyards predominantly in the Swartland region. These are trellised vineyards and grow on koffieklip and oakleaf soils. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and yields are managed down to below 6 tons per hectare.

Tasting Note
A wine with tropical aromas of pineapple and peach with a refreshing acidity and some spiciness on the palate. Enjoy as an aperitif, with seared tuna or spicy Asian cuisine

Six Hats Chardonnay:


 

In The Vineyard
Grapes are sourced from Fairtrade certified vineyards predominantly in the Swartland region. These vineyards are trellised and grow on oak leave soil.. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and managed to yield below 7 tons per hectare.

Tasting Note
This lightly oaked Chardonnay style is well rounded and combines layers of rich red apple aromas and juicy pineapple flavors. It has some citrus and vanilla on the aftertaste. Well balanced with a clean fresh finish.

Six Hats Rosé:


 

In The Vineyard
Grapes are sourced from Fairtrade certified vineyards predominantly in the Swartland region. These vineyards are trellised and grow on sandy, loam soils. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and managed to yield below 6 tons per hectare.

Tasting Note
Deep watermelon red in color, with a fruit-forward nose of strawberries, cherries, floral and mineral notes. It is medium body with crisp acidity, a rich mouthfeel and flavors of ripe berries.

Six Hats Pinotage:


 

In The Vineyard
Grapes are predominantly sourced from Fairtrade vineyards in the Swartland region. These 16 to 20 year old vineyards are trellised and grow on red oak leave soils with gravel underground. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and yields are managed down to below 7 tons per hectare

Tasting Note
A medium bodied wine with ripe black plum fruit with violets and black pepper. Pairs well with roast poultry and barbequed meats.

Six Hats Cabernet Sauvignon:


 

In The Vineyard
Grapes are sourced from Fairtrade certified vineyards predominantly in the Piekenierskloof region Swartland. These 13 to 16 year old vineyards are trellised and grow on sandy, loam soils. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and managed to yield below 6 tons per hectare.

Tasting Note
A medium bodied wine with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, plums and hints of dark mint chocolate. Well-balanced with gentle oak texture. Ideal accompaniment to rich casseroles and roasts.

Tasting Note
Lots of juicy ripe plums and black cherries on the palate with aromas of spice and freshly cracked black pepper. Medium to full bodied with a refreshing aftertaste. A fantastic barbeque wine and a great partner to game meats.
